Drawing inspiration from his Filipino and Hawaiian cultural influence, owner Randy Santos embarked on a quest to elevate a dessert deeply woven into the rich culinary fabric of his ancestry. Infusing his cultural heritage into the art of crafting these fried treats, Santos embraces fillings and flavors including passionfruit and ube, that pay homage to the vibrant tastes of both Hawaii and the Philippines.
