Helmed by chef Alex Hong and operations director Joel Wilkerson of San Francisco’s Michelin-starred Sorrel, the restaurant highlights locally sourced ingredients, wood-fired cooking, and seasonal vegetables. Arquet’s concept mirrors the essence and values that define the iconic Ferry Building—celebrating regional agriculture, craftsmanship, and a deep-rooted connection to community.
