Chef Olivier (“Olive”) Said is the founder and co-owner of Kitchen on Fire and one of the East Bay’s most popular culinary personalities. Chef Olive teaches many of the Kitchen on Fire classes, leads team-building and private events, and prepares nutritionally relevant meals for people with illnesses. Olive’s family in France has been in the restaurant business for over 400 years!
All demos take place in the Foodwise Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
