Ferry Building Mushroom Festival

Join us for the Mushroom Festival at the Ferry Building hosted in partnership with Far West Fungi! 

This event will feature cooking demos, author talks, and food specials from Thursday, October 24th – Sunday, October 27th.

Starting Thursday, Ferry Building merchants will spotlight mushroom-themed menu items and displays. On Friday, the marketplace will be transformed into an evening Mushroom Masquerade with bites from Ferry Building merchants and local restaurants, Napa Valley wines, and music!

On Saturday Maria Finn, chef and author, will demonstrate mushroom-based recipes at the Foodwise Farmers Market, Christopher Hobbs will discuss the health benefits of mushrooms, and Far West Fungi will have a pop-up cafe with live music.

On Sunday, visit for a family fun day complete with trick-or-treating, a scavenger hunt, face painting and Halloween crafts with a mushroom twist!
