A bold and playful new bakery concept, Parachute features a rotating menu of seasonal pastries, fresh juices, and housemade retail items, all crafted onsite using locally sourced ingredients, often from the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market itself.
Beyond the pastry counter, Parachute will offer two retail sections, including branded merchandise, coffee, and housemade pantry items. On the shelves, guests will find cookie butters, bonbons, chocolate bars, little bites (tiny bits of croissant dough baked until crisp and caramelized), candied malt pecans, puffed wheat and rice krispy granola, as well as housemade pickles, and ferments.
