Classic Handmade Pasta

There is nothing so delicious as fresh pasta and creating it yourself.

Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine or Pappardelle. While your pasta dough is resting, your Chef Instructor will demo how to make pasta sauce from scratch: Classic Marinara or a Olive Oil base. Then we’ll break out the pasta rollers to learn the traditional way of flattening out the dough until it can be shaped into the perfect noodle. Once your pasta noodles are cooked in boiling water, you will be able to sit down and enjoy your pasta paired with each sauce. Sit back, relax, and enjoy tasting your handmade creation!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. BYOB is welcome.
