1 1/2 oz London Dry Gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
6 raspberries
1/2 oz egg white

 

Shake with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a coup.
Garnish with raspberries on a pick.
