Chef Tanya Holland has owned Brown Sugar Kitchen since 2008 and brings her unique interpretation of soul food, which is influenced by her family’s southern roots and history of entertaining, in addition to her formal training at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in France. Also as a prominent media trained chef, Holland has been featured on dozens of television outlets including CBS’s The Talk, ABC’s The Chew, NBC’s The Today Show, and most recently on Bravo’s Top Chef as a contestant on Season 15.
