Chef Nafy Ba Flatley brings healthy African cuisine that is inspired by her native Senegal. Owner of Teranga, the superfood baobab juice company, this eatery is her extension of the belief that food should be all nourishing, wholesome and accessible.
This demo is part of a series featuring participants of the La Cocina business incubator program, in anticipation of the opening of the La Cocina Municipal Marketplace, a women-led food hall located at 101 Hyde Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin District. CUESA partners with La Cocina to offer market opportunities for low-income food entrepreneurs as they formalize and grow their businesses.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
