Owners Doug Biederbeck and Joseph Graham are seasoned restaurateurs and both are well-known in San Francisco. Doug is known through BIX in historic Jackson Square, his sexy supper club with an international clientele. Together, Doug and Joseph have Florio, a French/Italian bistro on Upper Fillmore. At MarketBar they offer hearty main courses—such as seafood stew, roasted organic chicken, and dry-aged steak —along with charcuterie, vegetable side dishes, salads, and a sensational dessert menu.
