Mariposa Baking Company is a kiosk shop located around the corner from The Gardener and across from Ferry Plaza Wine Merchants. Mariposa creates gluten-free baked goods that are indiscernible from the finest, high-caliber gluten-based products available with made with the finest ingredients: fragrant orange oil; elegant chocolate; sweet, locally grown walnuts and fine Italian roasted espresso. Mariposa’s uses organic where they can: sparkling crystals of organic unrefined cane sugar and tender organic brown rice flour that blend beautifully with fresh, hand-cracked eggs and grade AA creamery butter.
