The Center for Urban Education About Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA) is celebrating greens by serving them up juiced and raw for mixing and tasting. Come to the CUESA kitchen and make your own signature green juice blend using fresh greens, ginger, and citrus. While you are there, pick up some of our favorite greens recipes and our Ferry Plaza Farmers Market green guide.
