Black Jet Baking Co. is a kiosk shop at the south end of the Marketplace across from Sur La Table.  The shop features an array of Americana baked goods – including pies, artisan pop tarts, cakes, pies, blondies and bars. Founder Gillian Shaw and partner Max Newman put their artisan spin on these baked traditions. Pop tart fillings include: Jalapeno cream cheese, nutella & salty hazelnut. Cookies include chocolate chip with sea salt, boozy oatmeal, and caramelized macaroons. At Black Jet Baking co. they use the highest quality ingredients to create delicious cookies, cakes, pies and pastries from scratch.
