Asian Food Beyond Borders

The Asian Culinary Forum is proud to launch the premier symposium on Asian food and culture at the Ferry Building October 10 - 12, 2008.  This three-day celebration will gather a diverse group of professionals to explore how Asian communities have created dynamic cuisines around the world.
